Overview
Félix Thillaye is a partner in the Litigation practice of White & Case in Paris.
Félix focuses on complex corporate and commercial disputes for French and foreign companies from all industry sectors. Notably, Félix has expertise in assisting listed and non-listed companies and their management on their corporate crises, especially conflicts related to shareholder’s disputes, post-acquisition litigation as well as liability and regulatory proceedings.
Félix has been recognized as a "Key Lawyer" by Legal 500 EMEA 2025 for Dispute resolution: Commercial Litigation and Stock Market Litigation in France.
Before joining White & Case in 2019, Félix was an associate in the commercial litigation department of a US law firm in Paris and undertook several internships within international business law firms and companies in Paris, Hamburg and London.

Representation of Amber Capital on the decision to sell all of its shares in Lagardère, representing 17.93% of the share capital and 14.34% of the theoretical voting rights, to Vivendi.
