Biography
Gaétan de La Raudière is an associate in the Global Financial Restructuring and Insolvency Practice of White & Case, based in Paris.
His practice focuses on corporate restructuring and restructuring proceedings. He represents distressed companies and groups, as well as creditors and investors, in complex financial and legal restructurings, both "in court" and "out of court".
Prior to joining White & Case as an associate in 2023, Gaétan was an intern at White & Case Paris.
