Gianmarco Volino is an associate in the Milan office and practices in the area of Banking & Finance. He regularly advises banks, credit funds and sponsors on a wide range of domestic and cross-border financing transactions, with a particular focus on leveraged finance, acquisition finance, real estate finance and general corporate finance.
Prior to joining White & Case, Gianmarco gained experience in the Banking & Finance departments of other major international law firms in Milan.
