Giovanni Bertinelli
Biography
Giovanni Bertinelli is an Associate in the Firm's International Arbitration Practice, based in Geneva. His practice includes commercial arbitration, litigation, as well as Swiss law advisory work.
Prior to joining White & Case, Giovanni worked as an associate in a Geneva-based law firm, mainly representing clients before Geneva courts in commercial litigation.
Giovanni also interned at the World Trade Organization in the Intellectual Property Division and at CERN in the Legal Service.

Giovanni's experience includes:
Representing a CIS company in ICC arbitral proceedings arising out of an agreement related to transactions in the metals industry;
Representing a European company in ICC arbitral proceedings arising out of an agreement related to transactions in the metals industry;
Representing a European company in SAC arbitral proceedings arising out of a loan agreement; and
Advising a European company in connection with potential Swiss court proceedings arising out of an agreement relating to electronic components in the automotive industry.
