Biography

Overview

Gordon is a litigation associate in the Los Angeles office of White & Case. He serves as a member of a team that advises multinational social media, technology and telecommunications companies in international litigation and regulatory investigations concerning privacy and data protection, intermediary liability, hate speech, and defamation.

He also has substantial experience in complex commercial litigation, including the representation of global automotive companies against claims of product liability, false advertising, unfair competition, and violation of state consumer protection.

Dedicated to pro bono work, Gordon has represented clients before parole boards, helped veterans get their discharge upgraded, and filed an amicus brief with the US Supreme Court in the name of a bipartisan nonprofit working to honor, preserve, and restore principles of fairness in the criminal justice system.

Gordon earned his JD equivalent from the University of Bayreuth and his LLM from The University of Texas School of Law. He is qualified and admitted to practice law in California and Germany.
