Grace is an associate in the Firm's Financial Restructuring and Insolvency Group in London.
Grace has experience advising on a range of cross-border restructurings and distressed debt investments. In addition, her experience includes involvement in high yield capital markets and debt finance transactions. Grace has worked with a diverse range of clients, including distressed investors, private credit funds, banks, corporates and directors.
Grace trained at White & Case LLP and spent five months on secondment to Goldman Sachs, supporting its EMEA Leveraged Finance Trading Desk. She also spent six months on secondment to the Firm's Debt Finance and Financial Restructuring and Insolvency team in the Hong Kong office.
