Greta Ekblom
Biography
Greta Ekblom is an associate in the Nordic Private Equity team in our Global M&A Practice and joined White & Case in 2021.
Prior to joining White & Case, Greta studied law at Uppsala University in Sweden. Greta commenced her career at the Firm as a Junior Trainee.

Representation of Tabellae on its public takeover offer for Formpipe Software through a consortium consisting of the majority owners Mission Trail and Grenspecialisten.
Representation of newly established audit and advisory group Cedra on Cedra's acquisition of part of PwC Sweden's audit and advisory business.
Representation of gaming giant Kindred Group (Kindred) on its public takeover by France-based independent betting and gaming company La Française des Jeux SA (FDJ).
Representation of venture capital funds Lakestar and Atomico on the Series A funding round investment in Swedish health-tech company Neko Health.
Representation of Adelis on its acquisition of majority shares in SeaCross, a Sweden-based navigation software and defence technology provider.
