Grzegorz Goniewicz specializes in providing legal assistance to clients in court and arbitration proceedings, especially in relation to construction disputes including claims under FIDIC contract conditions. Grzegorz also represents clients in commercial disputes, including disputes between shareholders. Grzegorz also has experience in white-collar matters and cases involving acts of unfair competition.

Grzegorz represented the Jagiellonian University in Kraków in three international moot court competitions concerning public international law, international commercial and investment arbitration: Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot and Foreign Direct Investment International Arbitration Moot. In the 2014 edition of the FDI Moot his team finished third globally. In 2019, he received PhD in Law at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow.

Prior to joining White & Case, Grzegorz was an intern in the disputes department of three renowned international law firms, including a "magic circle" law firm.
