Biography
Hanna Szydłowska focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, with particular emphasis on private equity transactions, as well as corporate law and corporate reorganizations.
She advises local and international clients throughout the transaction lifecycle, including conducting legal due diligence and preparing transaction documentation. Her experience includes advising private equity funds and other investors on both domestic and cross-border transactions.
In addition to her transactional work, Hanna advises on corporate governance and general corporate law matters.
Prior to joining White & Case, Hanna gained experience at leading international and Polish law firms in Warsaw.

Innova Capital: representation of Innova Capital in the sale of its stake in OSHEE Polska, a producer of functional beverages, to MidEuropa.
Advised on a range of M&A transactions, including conducting legal due diligence and preparing transaction documentation.
Assisted with corporate reorganizations, including cross-border mergers, conversions, share capital increases and reductions as well as liquidations, acquisitions and incorporations of companies.
Assisted with the preparation of a management incentive plan.
