Helen Arshansky is a litigation associate in the Los Angeles office of White & Case. Her domestic and international practice focuses on representing multinational corporations from a wide range of industries in complex civil litigation and regulatory matters.
Helen serves as a core member of a team that handles international civil litigation for technology and large social media companies, including cutting-edge matters implicating data privacy, intermediary liability, hate speech, defamation, intellectual property, and class action claims.
Prior to joining White & Case, Helen was a Sayre Macneil Scholar at Loyola Law School where she graduated magna cum laude and Order of the Coif. During law school, she served as an editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review, a full-time judicial extern for the Honorable Dolly M. Gee of the US District Court for the Central District of California, and an extern for the Loyola Law School Project for the Innocent.
