Biography

Ibtissame Sefraoui is an associate in the Global Financial Restructuring and Insolvency Practice of White & Case, based in Paris.

She advises on corporate restructuring and insolvency proceedings. She represents distressed companies and corporate groups, as well as creditors, shareholders, and investment funds, in complex financial restructurings and special situations, both "in court" and "out of court".

Ibtissame joined White & Case in 2024 as an associate in the New York Financial Restructuring and Insolvency Practice, subsequently transferring to the Paris office in July 2025. Prior to joining the firm, she gained experience through internships at several leading international law firms and insolvency practitioners' offices in Paris
