Biography
Igor Jędrys focuses his practice on M&A transactions, particularly within the real estate sector. He advises both Polish and international investors – including banks, developers, investment funds, and private equity firms – on the acquisition and sale of real estate assets and companies.
His experience includes supporting clients throughout domestic and cross-border transactions, conducting due diligence, and preparing transaction documentation. He also advises clients on matters relating to commercial law, corporate law, corporate governance, and real estate asset management.
