Biography

Iman Adebowale is an associate in our global M&A and Corporate practice based in London.

She has experience advising both domestic and international clients on a broad range of public and private transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, equity capital markets and general corporate advisory.

Iman joined White & Case in 2021 and has completed a six-month secondment to the firm's Dubai office.

Representation of Seplat Energy on its US$1.3 billion acquisition of Mobil Producing Nigeria.

Representation of Tier Mobility on its merger with Dott, a transaction which created Europe's leading micro-mobility operator.

Representation of Cathexis L.P., a private investment holding company on the sale of Yondr Group, a global developer, owner and operator of hyperscale data centers, to DigitalBridge and La Caisse.

Representation of Gorillas, on its US$1.2 billion sale to Getir, Europe's leading q-commerce player, in a transaction valuing the combined group at US$10 billion.

Representation of Kobalt Music, the leading music and technology publishing provider, on its sale to Francisco Partners for approximately US$750 million.

Representation of Hartree Partners on its acquisition of debt and agreement to acquire ED&F Man Commodities' business units.
