Isabelle Peltier is an associate in the Firm's Global Litigation Practice and a member of the Global Consumer & Retail and Global Financial Institutions Industry Groups.

She advises on complex national and international disputes, with a particular emphasis on large scale commercial litigation, including mass proceedings and high stakes disputes before German courts. She has significant experience in the automotive sector, where she represents clients in disputes arising out of product liability, regulatory compliance and contractual matters. She also has particular experience in litigation arising from contractual conflicts in the context of infrastructure projects.

Isabelle's broader dispute resolution experience includes product liability claims, including in the pharmaceutical industry, complex cartel damages proceedings, reinsurance disputes and national and international commercial arbitration. She also advises clients in the social media and technology sectors and has a particular focus on liability issues arising in the context of artificial intelligence.

In 2025, Isabelle gained further international experience through a secondment to the Firm's Litigation Practice in the Miami office.
