Isabelle Peltier is an associate in the Berlin Commercial Litigation group. She advises national and international clients in commercial litigation proceedings and insurance law.
Prior to joining White & Case in 2020, Isabelle Peltier worked in the Berlin office of another leading international law firm for two years and was involved in a number of national and international arbitration proceedings as well as complex cartel damage claim proceedings. As a trainee in other leading international law firms in Berlin and Hamburg, she gained considerable experience in the field of national and international dispute resolution, including national and international arbitration proceedings, complex cartel damage claim proceedings as well as D&O disputes.
