Jack is an associate in our global Investment Funds group based in Dubai. Jack advises financial institutions, fund managers and sovereign wealth funds on the establishment and life cycle of conventional and Shari'ah-compliant private investment funds across a range of asset classes, including private equity, real estate, infrastructure, debt and venture capital funds.
Jack also has experience advising institutional investors on the deployment of capital including investments into funds and other pooled vehicles, liquidity solutions and carried interest arrangements.
Prior to joining White & Case, Jack spent a number of years as an associate in the investment funds team at a leading UK law firm.
