Jacopo Giunta is an associate in the White Collar team in London. He advises both companies and individuals in relation to national and international regulatory and enforcement matters. He has advised on government and regulatory investigations relating to matters involving bribery and corruption, fraud, market abuse and cartel offences.
Before joining the White Collar team, Jacopo also gained experience in asset finance transactions, mid-market private equity deals and international construction arbitrations. He has also completed a 6-month secondment at White & Case's Paris office.
Working as part of the UK team advising a senior bank trader in connection with the worldwide investigation into the manipulation of foreign exchange benchmarks.
Advising a global technology company in relation to potential exposure to various UK criminal offences.
Advising a UK company in relation to a civil FCA investigation into potential market abuse offences perpetrated by some of its employees.
Advising an individual in relation to bribery and corruption allegations.
Advising a multinational company on their compliance programmes, with a particular focus on bribery and corruption policies.
