Jacqueline advised Goldman Sachs International in connection with a £50 million bridge facility to Global University Systems to finance certain acquisitions as well as a credit facility for general corporate purposes. The bridge facility has been taken out by the tap issuance of £77.3 million principal amount of the issuer's 8.00% senior secured notes due 2020, in connection to which we represented Goldman Sachs International as initial purchaser.
Jacqueline advised Goldman Sachs Bank USA in connection with a €75 million senior facilities agreement and €25 million PIK facility agreement for the financing of Apax Partners Midmarket SAS's acquisition of Cabovisão – Televisão por Cabo, S.A. and its subsidiaries.

Jacqueline advised HgCapital on the financing for a recap and acquisition facility for the merger of its portfolio company, Nair & Co., with High Street Partners (a portfolio company of Baird Capital) to create a new company called Radius.
Jacqueline advised UBS, HSBC and Mizuho Bank as joint lead arrangers and lead bookrunners and UBS as administrative agent in respect to first-lien and second-lien credit agreements (£150 million and £70 million respectively) provided to finance BC Partners' acquisition of the MergerMarket Group from the Financial Times Group.
