Overview

Jackie is an associate in the Washington DC office of White & Case LLP in the Energy Markets & Regulatory practice of the Energy, Infrastructure and Project Finance Group. Jackie's practice focuses on regulatory, compliance, administrative litigation, and enforcement matters before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission ("FERC"). She has represented and counseled clients in matters before FERC involving Federal Power Act ("FPA") Section 205 electric market-based rates and transmission formula rates, transaction approvals pursuant to Section 203 of the FPA, and Office of Enforcement investigations, audits, and electric reliability inquiries. Jackie has experience with renewable technologies, including battery storage. Jackie has experience advising energy market participants on registering and operating within the U.S. organized markets ("RTOs/ISOs").

In addition, Jackie has experience in domestic and international transactions, primarily in the energy industry, including project development, mergers and acquisitions, strategic transactions, and commercial agreements.
