Overview

Jad Slim is counsel at White & Case in Riyadh. Jad specializes in corporate and securities matters, in particular initial public offerings and joint ventures. Jad regularly advises multinational and domestic clients on corporate, Saudi regulatory, capital markets, customs and products regulatory requirements, labor and employment law.

Jad is a Lebanon–law qualified lawyer. Jad speaks English, Arabic and French with native fluency, and is able to negotiate and draft legal documents in all three languages.

Representation of Saudi Fransi Capital and J.P. Morgan Saudi Arabia Company as joint financial advisors, joint bookrunners and joint underwriters, Saudi Fransi Capital as lead manager and AlRajhi Capital Company as joint bookrunner and joint underwriter on IPO of Jamjoom Pharmaceuticals Factory Company.

Representation of Perfect Presentation for Commercial Services Company (2P) in relation to its initial public offering. The task included preparing the legal due diligence report, drafting the prospectus and submission documents, attending drafting sessions with the issuer and financial advisors, and addressing the Capital Markets Authority's (the "CMA") comments on the prospectus.

Acting for several companies involved in different business activities in relation to their initial public offering (including Bindawood Holding Company and Arabian Centres).

Acting for Bindawood Holding Company in relation to its initial public offering. The task included preparing the legal due diligence report, drafting the prospectus and submission documents, attending drafting sessions with the issuer and financial advisors, and addressing the Capital Markets Authority's (the "CMA") comments on the prospectus. The CMA approved Bindawood Holding Company's application in June 2020.

Acting for several companies involved in different business activities in relation to their initial public offering (including Arabian Centres, and SACO).

Representing a wide range of domestic and international corporate clients, by attending shareholders and board meetings and providing legal advice relating to their business operations, contemplated investments and corporate restructuring.
