Jade Yoo is an associate in the commercial litigation group. Her practice focuses on complex commercial disputes in federal, state, and bankruptcy courts. She has been active in a variety of pro bono matters involving criminal appeals and public education funding.
Jade received her JD from New York University School of Law, where she was the Senior Notes Editor of the NYU Journal of International Law & Politics, and participated in an externship with the US Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York. She was a semi-finalist and winner of a "Best Brief Writer" award at NYU Law's Marden Moot Court Competition.
