Biography

Jaebok Lee is an associate in White & Case’s International Trade Practice. His practice focuses on economic sanctions, export controls, and international trade remedies. Jaebok advises sovereigns and companies operating in the technology, financial services, semiconductor, manufacturing, and other sectors in navigating complex and cross-border issues arising from US trade and national security regulations.

Jaebok is a graduate of Harvard Law School, where he was the President of the Harvard Asia Law Society and served on the Editorial Board of the Harvard International Law Journal. Prior to law school, Jaebok served as a Sergeant in the Republic of Korea Army’s Judge Advocate General’s Corps. He received his B.S. in Foreign Service from Georgetown University.
