Jakob Staudt advises companies of all legal forms on commercial and corporate law matters.
He focuses on stock corporation and corporate group law including the preparation and execution of shareholders’ meetings, corporate restructurings and corporate litigation. He also advises management and supervisory board members in all aspects of corporate law including corporate governance, compliance and liability issues.
Prior to joining White & Case as a lawyer Jakob Staudt gained practical experience in corporate law as a trainee lawyer at the Frankfurt White & Case office and the Washington D.C. White & Case office.
