Jakub Wołkowicz is experienced in providing legal assistance to clients in court proceedings and arbitration, especially in relation to construction disputes. The cases he has dealt with include in particular: construction claims under FIDIC contract conditions, applications for injunctions in various construction disputes as well as various aspects of enforcement proceedings and recognition of foreign judgments.
After graduation in 2010, Jakub completed a Legal Clerk internship, sponsored by the German American Chamber of Commerce's Exchange Visitor Program, in an international law firm based in Detroit, U.S.A.
Prior to joining White & Case, Jakub was an associate in a leading Polish law firm. He also gained his experience in other law firms through internships.
