Representative experience includes:

• Advising West Burton Energy, a UK-based independent power producer owned by funds managed by EIG, a leading institutional investor in the global energy and infrastructure sectors, on its sale of power station assets to TotalEnergies for £450 million.
• Advising the management team of Avenga, a global software engineering and consulting platform, in connection with Avenga's sale by Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. and Cornerstone Investment Management L.P. to KKCG.
• Advising the existing shareholders of Titan Wealth Holdings, including Ares Management and Maven Capital Partners, in connection with an equity investment by Parthenon Capital, a leading US-based private equity firm.
• Advising Macquarie Asset Management in connection with the sale of its 40% stake in Hydro Dolomiti Energia, an Italian hydropower producer, with transaction terms implying a €1 billion valuation for the business.
• Advising various financial sponsors and their portfolio companies in connection with the implementation of and amendment to their management incentive schemes.
• Advising Vue Cinema Group on its debt restructuring and recapitalisation, as part of which ownership of the group passed to its senior lenders in exchange for the discharge of approximately £470 million of debt.
