Biography
Jana Abul Magd is an associate of MHR & Partners in association with White & Case. She is a member of the Firm's M&A Group and has experience advising clients on M&A transactions and on general corporate, commercial and regulatory matters across various industries.
Prior to joining White & Case, Jana worked at a top-tier law firm in Egypt, advising both local and international clients.

Representative transactions include:
Representation of Qalaa Holdings on two major debt restructuring and settlement transactions, including an EGP 4.547 billion settlement with Banque Misr, Banque du Caire, Arab African International Bank, and Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait – Egypt, and a USD 184 million restructuring and settlement with Arab International Bank.*
Representation of Coca-Cola HBC Holdings BV in its USD 427 million acquisition of approximately 94.7% of Coca-Cola Bottling Company of Egypt S.A.E. from a wholly owned affiliate of the Coca-Cola Company and MAC Beverages Limited.*
Representation of Sika Group in its acquisition of 50% of MBS Construction Chemicals Egypt S.A.E. and 4% of MBS Construction Chemicals Trading S.A.E. from United Holding S.A.E. and Middle East Sealants & Adhesives S.A.E., both indirect subsidiaries of Orascom Construction PLC.*
Representation of the majority shareholder of B.TECH for Trade and Distribution S.A.E. in the acquisition by the Saudi Egyptian Investment Company of 33.4% of the company from African Development Partners II, a fund owned by Development Partners International (DPI).*
