Climate bond fiancing
Representation of Calpine Corp. on a US$1.75 billion climate bond certified financing increased from the US$1.1 billion facilities closed on June 9, 2020, for its wholly owned subsidiary, Geysers Power Company, LLC, the owner of 13 geothermal electric generating facilities in the Geysers area of Northern California, which is the largest complex of geothermal power plants in the US.

Aeroméxico Restructuring
Representation of Aeroméxico in connection with the restructuring of their aircraft fleet during the airline's Chapter 11 case in New York, including renegotiation of Aeroméxico's existing leases (to the extent Aeroméxico assumed such leases) and financing facilities, as well as various maintenance and other agreements that Aeroméxico uses to operate or maintain its fleet of aircraft.

Acquistion of equity state of portfolio of mining projects
Representation of the lenders in the US$121M financing and acquisition of an equity stake in a portfolio of LPs holding investments in mining projects in Brazil, Peru, Finland, Canada, and the United States sponsored by Pandion Metals.

Anchorage notes offering
Representation of Anchorage Capital CLO 19, Ltd. as issuer and Anchorage Capital CLO 19, LLC, as co-issuer on the issuance of US$510 million of collateralized debt obligations by the issuer and co-issuer, consisting of US$305 million Class A senior secured floating rate notes due 2034, US$60 million Class B-1 senior secured floating rate notes due 2034, US$10 million Class B-2 senior secured fixed rate notes due 2034, US$30 million Class C mezzanine secured deferrable floating rate notes due 2034, US$25.75 million Class D mezzanine secured deferrable floating rate notes due 2034, US$26.25 million Class E junior secured deferrable floating rate notes due 2034, US$6.25 million Class F junior secured deferrable floating rate notes due 2034 and US$43.75 million Subordinated notes due 2034. Joint acqusistion of GNL Quintero
Representation of EIG Global Energy Partners, a leading institutional investor in the global energy and infrastructure sectors, and Belgian LNG terminal operator Fluxys in the US $1.16 billion joint acquisition of an 80 percent equity stake in GNL Quintero S.A., the largest liquefied natural gas regasification terminal in Chile, from Enagas Chile SpA and affiliates of OMERS Infrastructure. We also advised on the transaction's finance work.
