Biography
Jascha is an Associate in White & Case's International Arbitration Practice Group. He represents clients in national and cross-border arbitration and litigation proceedings, and devotes a significant part of his work to issues and questions relating to evidence law.
Jascha is a member of the Firm's Practice Innovation Germany Committee and contributes to the Firm's ongoing efforts to innovate and improve processes and make them more efficient. He has a particular focus on the use of legal tech and AI solutions.
Prior to joining White & Case, Jascha gained experience in dispute resolution and Corporate/M&A at another international law firm in Hamburg and as a lawyer with his own law firm. He also has been active as an entrepreneur.
