His practice focuses on complex commercial disputes representing individual clients and large corporations in federal, state, and bankruptcy courts. Jason also supports clients in connection with white collar criminal and regulatory investigations. He also has experience conducting internal investigations and risk assessments.
Jason also maintains an active pro bono practice, focusing on children's rights and disability rights.
