Javier Fuentes-Rohwer is an associate in the Firm's Global Tax Practice Group. He advises on a broad range of domestic and international tax matters, including the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, investment fund formation and operation, and joint ventures. Javier also assists corporate clients with general tax planning and compliance, and regularly collaborates with multidisciplinary teams on a variety of domestic and cross-border tax issues.
