Biography
Jean-Baptiste Tixier is an associate in the Real Estate practice at White & Case's Paris office.
Jean-Baptiste advises on real estate law, including acquisitions and development of real estate assets. He assists institutional investors, property companies and developers in negotiating and drafting contractual documentation relating to their projects (sale agreements, construction leases, commercial leases, real estate development agreements, construction contracts). He also advises on real estate due diligence in connection with M&A transactions.
Prior to joining White & Case, Jean-Baptiste acquired experience at a leading law firm in Paris.
