Overview

Jennie Storm is an associate in our global Mergers and Acquisitions practice in Stockholm and joined White & Case in 2022. Jennie mainly advises clients in relation to domestic and cross-border M&A, capital raisings, venture capital transactions, restructurings, FDI screenings and general corporate and financial regulatory matters.

Prior to joining White & Case, Jennie studied law at Gothenburg University, School of Business Economics and Law and ESADE Ramon Lull University in Barcelona. Jennie commenced her career at the Firm as a Junior Trainee.

Representation of Altor (and its portfolio company Trioworld, a leader within sustainable plastic film products), on the acquisition of Canadian / U.S.-based Malpack, a leading North American player in solutions for high-performance stretch film in the transit packaging segment, whereby a transatlantic powerhouse within stretch film was created.
