Biography

Overview

Jessica is based in our Miami office and is part of the International Arbitration practice group. Her practice focuses on international dispute resolution involving investment and commercial claims. 

She has served multinational clients in the energy, construction, infrastructure, banking, pharmaceutical, and consumer product industries, among others. She has represented private and sovereign clients in investment arbitrations under the ICSID and UNCITRAL Rules, and in commercial arbitrations under the ICC, ICDR, and AAA Rules. She has also represented clients in proceedings involving the recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards before US Courts. Her experience also includes white collar criminal defense, internal investigations, and compliance. As a former public defender, Jessica has significant trial experience.

She is originally from Miami, but has lived and studied in Colombia and Spain. She is fluent in Spanish and has handled Spanish-language arbitrations.
