Overview

Jessica Ohayon is an associate in the EMEA Corporate M&A team of our Global Mergers & Acquisitions practice at White & Case.

Fluent in French, English and Hebrew, Jessica is involved in corporate transactions in all manner of M&A, including both domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions (private equity transactions and industrial M&A) as well as financial and/or operational restructuring.

Prior to joining the Firm in January 2025, Jessica worked at a high-profile law firm in Paris.

Advising AD Education, a portfolio company of Ardian Buyout Fund, in the acquisition of the Pôle Léonard de Vinci.

Acquisition by Searchlight Capital Partners of YourParkingSpace (2022) *
Advising Flowbird, a portfolio company of Searchlight Capital Partners, in the acquisition of YourParkingSpace from Pelican Capital.

Acquisition of the Circet Group by ICG (2021) *
Advising ICG in the acquisition of the Circet Group from Advent.
