Biography
Jessy is an associate in White & Case's Debt Finance practice and is based in the New York office. He focuses primarily on advising private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies and corporate borrowers on a wide range of debt financing transactions, including domestic and cross-border acquisition financings, refinancing transactions, investment grade facilities, and exit financings. Jessy has also spent several months on secondment to the Firm's London office working on cross border financing transactions.
Experience
Representative matters include:
- EchoStar, in connection with various transactions, including its agreement with SpaceX to sell its AWS-4 and H-block spectrum licenses for approximately US$17 billion
- Alliant Insurance Services, a portfolio company of Stone Point Capital, in connection with a US$3.67 billion financing transaction
- Encore Capital Group in connection with its new US$1.5 billion global funding structure and various offerings of senior secured notes
- Optimum Communications, Inc. (formerly known as Altice USA) and its subsidiaries in connection with their internal reorganization and private placement of preferred equity issued by its subsidiary, CSC Investments II LLC
- CVC Capital Partners in connection with various financing transactions, including various financings for MedRisk, a leading provider of managed physical medicine services, PDC Brands, a beauty and personal care products company, and Anchor Glass Container Corporation, in connection with a comprehensive recapitalization transaction
- Tenneco, a portfolio company of Apollo, in connection with the establishment of its US$1.2 billion asset-based credit facility
- Zachry Holdings, Inc. in connection with its successful financial restructuring and exit from Chapter 11 bankruptcy, including its US $1 billion senior secured exit financing
- Shutterstock in connection with the financing of its US$245 million acquisition of Envato
- Mill Point Capital in connection with various financing transactions in relation to several of its portfolio companies
- DC Capital Partners in connection with various financing transactions in relation to several of its portfolio companies
