Overview

Johannes Fritzen practices in the area of insolvency and restructuring law. His practical focus is on insolvency reorganization and restructuring matters within and outside of judicial insolvency proceedings and insolvency administration.

In this context Johannes Fritzen advises clients on all insolvency related matters, in particular in debtor in possession proceedings (Eigenverwaltungsverfahren), the sale or acquisition of insolvent companies and businesses or in their role as secured and unsecured creditors in insolvency proceedings as well as the defense of insolvency claw back claims.

Before joining White & Case in 2025, he worked several years in Dentons' restructuring, insolvency and bankruptcy practice, with a special focus on debtor in possession proceedings.
