Jonny Elliott
Biography
Jonny Elliott is an Associate in the Firm's Debt Finance practice group in London. Jonny has fund finance expertise in addition to broad experience in acquisition finance, real estate finance, trade finance and general corporate lending.
Jonny's practice in fund finance includes acting for both lenders and borrowers on transactions involving subscription line facilities and bridging loans, hybrid and NAV facilities, and general partner, manager and co-investment facilities. This experience is further complemented by a nine-month secondment with HSBC Bank plc and HSBC Continental Europe in London, where he worked on a number of market leading fund finance transactions (completed while at his previous law firm).
Jonny trained at the Firm, gaining experience in the Structured Finance practice, the Litigation practice and the Financial Restructuring and Insolvency practice in London. He also spent six months in the Firm's Singapore office in their Capital Markets team.

Advised a global financial institution in relation to a US$2,000,000,000 syndicated subscription credit facility provided to a leading global infrastructure fund.*
Advised a global financial institution in relation to a £525,000,000 capital call facility provided to a global private equity fund.*
Advised a global financial institution in relation to US$500,000,000 capital call facilities provided to a European private equity fund.*
