José Joaquín Pacheco Mendoza
Joaquín Pacheco joined the Firm's Mexico City office in 2018. His area of expertise is commercial and civil litigation and he has broad knowledge and experience in Amparo trials with an emphasis on civil and commercial law, achieving several favourable rulings and precedents.
His domestic and international practice focuses on defending multinational corporations in complex civil litigation and regulatory investigations, spanning a number of industries, with a particular focus on finance, technology and social media.
Joaquin handles civil and commercial litigation for different clients, including cutting-edge matters implicating data privacy, cybersecurity, defamation, intermediary liability, class action and consumer class action claims.
Before joining White & Case, Joaquín worked in a prestigious firm whose principal area of practice was commercial, civil and bankruptcy litigation.
