Overview

Józef Pordes is an associate in the White & Case Dispute Resolution, International Arbitration and White Collar practices. He assists clients in pre-trial negotiations, mediation, litigation, and arbitration. Józef has represented clients in both civil and criminal cases, before common courts of all instances, arbitration tribunals as well as law enforcement authorities and agencies.

In his professional experience, Józef was involved in many tech-related disputes, including cases revolving around software implementation and maintenance projects, provision of telecommunication services and license infringement.

Józef previously worked at renowned Polish law firms based in Warsaw.
