Jun Hee Kim is the Office Executive Partner of the Seoul office and Co-Head of White & Case's International Arbitration practice in Asia-Pacific.

Jun Hee brings broad experience advising on international arbitrations in Asia, Europe, Latin America and North America. He has worked on matters in the construction, engineering, infrastructure, intellectual property, technology and shipping sectors, as well as on disputes arising from joint venture, distributorships, and post-M&A transactions. He has acted as counsel in more than 60 arbitrations under various arbitral rules including the ICC, AAA, SIAC, HKIAC, LCIA, KCAB, SCC, NAI, and UNCITRAL rules, and in ad hoc proceedings.

In addition to his counsel work, Jun Hee's diverse experience includes serving as sole, co- and presiding arbitrator and he is currently listed on the arbitrator panels of the SIAC, DIAC, KLRCA, BAC/BIAC, CAA/Taipei, PIAC, SCMA, and KCAB.

Jun Hee is a Council Member of the HKIAC and serves as the Chair of the HKIAC Appointments Committee. He also serves as a member of SIAC's User Council (Korea's National Committee) and sits on the Korean Government's Arbitration Promotion Advisory Panel.

In addition to arbitration matters, Jun Hee advises clients on international trade, outbound civil litigation and criminal matters in foreign jurisdictions.

Prior to joining White & Case, Jun Hee was International General Counsel and Executive Vice President with Hyundai Heavy Industries. Before that, he worked at leading law firms in Korea and Washington, DC.
