Biography
Justin Keung is an associate in the White & Case's Asia-Pacific Debt Finance practice group, based in Hong Kong.
Justin has experience in advising banks, other financial institutions and corporate borrowers on acquisition and leveraged financings, take-privates and syndicated and bilateral loans, along with refinancing of such transactions.
Experience
His experience includes advising:
- A consortium led by Gaw Capital Partners in a refinancing of term and revolving loan facilities for the acquisition of commercial real estate in Hong Kong from Swire Properties Limited.
- A consortium led by Gaw Capital Partners in relation to a refinancing of US$130 million term loan facilitiy for the acquisition of premium Grade A office buildings at Shanghai MixC.
- Pacific Century Premium Developments Limited as guarantor of PCPD Corporate Services Limited as borrower in relation to a HK$500 million term loan facility by CIMB Bank Berhad, Hong Kong Branch.
- Industrial Bank Company Limited, Hong Kong Branch as mandated lead arrangers and bookrunners in a US$130 million secured term loan facility to a wholly-owned subsidiary of PAG Growth II LP.
- Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited, Hong Kong Branch as mandated lead arrangers and bookrunners in a secured dividend recapitalisation term loan facility of US$150 million (with an option to increase to not more than US$500 million) to subsidiaries owned by a consortium led by PAG Asia III LP.
