Biography

Kacper Gajewski is an associate in the White & Case International Arbitration and Dispute Resolution practice. He provides legal assistance to clients in court and arbitration proceedings specializing in corporate and construction disputes.

Prior to joining White & Case, he gained experience in an international boutique law firm focusing on arbitration and in the International and European Law Department of the General Counsel to the Republic of Poland.

Kacper is a former participant in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot and FDI International Investment Moot, actively engaged in the mooting community.

Experience

Selected experience:

Majority shareholders: representation of majority shareholders in a complex dispute with the minority shareholder of one of the largest consumer electronics retail chains in Poland.

A contractor: representation of a contractor (a Polish company from a Spanish construction group) in a dispute related to the construction of the S6 national road in Poland (FIDIC Red Book).

A real estate management company: representation of a lessor in connection with a dispute with a tenant concerning contractual penalties accrued due to alleged lack of repairs of defects of the subject of lease.

A German energy company: representation of a German energy company in connection with complex enforcement proceedings.

A stakeholder: representation of a stakeholder in a post-M&A dispute.
