Kasey is an associate in the Firm's Employment, Compensation and Benefits practice in New York. Kasey's practice focuses on advising both private and publicly traded clients and their boards of directors regarding executive compensation, employee benefits and ERISA matters.

Kasey has been part of the teams advising on the following matters:

• Nomura in its $1.8 billion acquisition of Macquarie's public asset management business.
• WE Soda Ltd in its $1.425 billion acquisition of Genesis Alkali, the largest US-based producer of natural soda ash, from Genesis Energy LP.
• BM Technologies, Inc., one of the largest digital banking platforms in the United States focused on student loan payments, on its sale to First Carolina Bank, a North Carolina state-chartered bank.
• Samsung Electronics in its acquisition of Xealth, Inc., a U.S.-based digital health platform used by healthcare providers.
• Helix Acquisition Corp. II on its $949 million business combination with BridgeBio Oncology Therapeutics.
• Walor North America Inc. in its acquisition of TSM Corporation from HCI Equity Partners and minority shareholders.

Kasey is a member of the American Bar Association Joint Committee on Employee Benefits, and her work has been published in the Wolters Kluwer Journal of Pension Planning and Compliance.
