Katelyn is an associate in the Firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group. She represents domestic and international clients in corporate matters, fund formation, and M&A transactions. She is also an active member of the Firm’s Pro Bono practice with a focus on human rights.

Katelyn received her law degree from Stanford Law School, where she served on the board of the Stanford Technology Law Review.

Katelyn is admitted to practice law in California.
