Biography
Katherine Anne Cody is an Associate in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group and is resident in the New York office. Ms. Cody advises public companies, strategics and private equity sponsors in domestic and cross border mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, spinoffs, carve-outs and joint ventures. Ms. Cody also advises on corporate governance matters, shareholder activism and takeover defense.
Prior to her legal career, Ms. Cody spent several years as an accountant at a Big 4 firm in New York.
