Katie Bolger is an associate in our global M&A and Corporate practice, based in London.
Katie has extensive experience advising corporates and financial sponsors on a wide range of corporate and M&A transactions, including public and private M&A, joint ventures, complex corporate reorganisations, series fundraisings and general corporate advisory matters.
Katie has particular expertise in the consumer retail, financial institutions, real estate and media and entertainment.
