- Acting for a major wealth management and financial services company in the NSW Supreme Court proceedings brought by a reinsurer, which alleges reinsurance misconduct and seeks damages exceeding $700 million. This included assisting with the preparation of the defence, conducting relevance reviews, and preparing affidavit material.*
- Advising a national agribusiness client on various debt recovery matters. This included liaising with borrowers, preparing forbearance deeds and drafting statements of claim.*
