Biography
Kelvin Ho is an Associate in the Firm's Dispute Resolution practice in Hong Kong. His practice focuses on international arbitration and commercial litigation.
Prior to joining White & Case, Kelvin trained at an international law firm, and worked at another international law firm as well as a Hong Kong regulator.
Experience
His recent experience* includes acting for both local and international clients across diverse, high-stakes disputes:
- Acting for a listed multinational technology conglomerate with regards to its international litigation matters in the Asia-Pacific region.
- Acting for a Chinese SOE subsidiary in an investment related claim nearing HK$1 billion, involving simultaneous litigation in Hong Kong and the Cayman Islands.
- Representing a Taiwan-listed cement company in Hong Kong litigation over shares in a Hong Kong company, with the client successfully securing a strike-out of the proceedings.
- Advising a Lebanese insurance group in Hong Kong injunction proceedings relating to allegations of fraud.
