Khai is a counsel in the Debt Finance Practice at White & Case LLP in London. With a broad range of experience in UK and cross-border corporate finance, Khai has expertise with a range of loan products and transactions including fund finance, leveraged finance, general acquisition finance, private credit, investment grade facilities, general secured and unsecured bank lending and restructuring.

Acting for a clearing bank on a secured £200m subscription line fund finance facility to an English LLP.
Acting for the club of banks on a $330m subscription line fund finance facility to a compartment of a Luxembourg RAIF investment company.
