Kimeya is an associate in White & Case's Global Commercial Litigation Practice and a member of the London Technology Disputes team, based in London.
Kimeya's practice focuses on both High Court litigation and international arbitrations, including arbitrations conducted under the ICC and LCIA rules. Kimeya's experience includes high value cross-border commercial disputes, often involving allegations of fraud or corruption, as well as advising on interim applications such as freezing and charging orders, and the enforcement of judgment awards. Kimeya also has particular experience in commercial disputes with a Middle Eastern connection.
Prior to joining White & Case, Kimeya practised at another leading global law firm, where she undertook secondments to their Paris office and to the in-house legal team of a leading Premier League football club.
In 2022, Kimeya was cited in the Legal 500 as "an excellent team member, happy to be thrown in a case at the deep end – Kimeya will always come to the surface triumphant.", and "generally excellent and completely dependable."
