Kristian Bradshaw is a local partner in the Project Development and Finance practice based in the Firm's Tokyo office. His practice covers project development and financing, acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances and venture capital.
Kristian has extensive experience advising on matters in the liquefied natural gas (LNG), oil & gas and power sectors. Given his deep sector knowledge, he is able to help clients navigate the complex issues facing the energy sector today. Kristian has advised on energy transition matters including advising on renewable energy power projects, hydrogen projects and cleantech investments.
Having practiced law in London, Paris, Hong Kong and Tokyo, and with significant private practice and in-house experience, Kristian brings a cross-cultural perspective to his transactions, which enables clients to get deals done smoothly and efficiently.
He is a member of the Law Society of England and Wales and the Tokyo Bar Association.
